Package Your Items

Securely pack your unworn products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
